Avonlea has gold and base metal interests in Central Queensland and iron Ore rights to the Diemals Iron Ore Project in Western Australia. The Company's main focus is on its issued Exclusive Prospecting Licences ("EPL's) in Namibia held by its Namibian subsidiary Eris Mining (Pty) Ltd. Eris has commenced exploration on its EPL's which are considered highly prospective for iron ore, copper, gold and rare earths/metals. Eris also holds a large Exclusive Reconnaissance Licence ("ERL"). Collectively, these licences provide scope to explore approximately 12,000km2.

OKATUMBA (EPL 4129) (Fe)
- Iron Ore exploration has been identified as a priority at Okatumba EPL 4129
- Analysis of remote sensing data initially identified Hammerhead as an anomalous structure and target
- Hammerhead magnetic anomaly is discordant to regional stratigraphy
- 3 additional Fe prospects have been identified - Bronzy, Nail & Tack
- Licence covers 100km2 - issued in June 2009
- The licence area is located approximately 80kms from the coastline and 120kms from the Kunene River (country border) due north
- Reconnaissance exploration on the Hammerhead prospect have confirmed the prospectivity of a very large scale, magnetite rich
mineralisation zone on Hammerhead and the neighbouring prospects
RHINELANDS (EPL 3840) (Cu)
- Consists of a single granted Exclusive Prospecting Licence covering 185km2 and located approximately 400km north of Windhoek
- Copper oxide mineralisation outcropping present over 9km of strike associated with the Rehderstal Fault System
- Confirmed heap leach potential 90%+
- Magnetic data suggests sub surface prophyry intrusive system >350m below surface
- Historical diamond drilling returned 19.3m @ 1.53% Cu and 35.7g/t Ag from 25m, which indicates continuity of mineralisation at depth
PARESIS (EPL 4125) (Cu/Au)
- Paresis is located immediately south of Outjo and covers 617km2
- The Paresis Igneous Complex (PIC) is an alkaline volcanic caldera which is similar to the well know Erong Complex, the largest and best preserved anorogenic volcanic complexes in Southern Africa
- The PIC is considered prospective for copper/gold porphyry mineralisation centred on the intrusive at depth
- Previous exploration has identified 14 stream sediment anomalies within the project area which suggest mineralisation may be present at depth
HOARUSIB (EPL 4126, EPL 4127 and EPL 4128) (Rare earth/rare metals)
- These licences areas cover 2964km2
- Preliminary radiometric data suggests significant exploration targets - rare earths and base metals including Sn, Tu & W
- Prospectivity of the area is enhanced by being along strike from known base metal deposits
- The granite host rocks are along strike from known SEDEX base metal prospects, Rossing Uranium Mine, Uis tin segmatite swarm & Krantzberg tungsten
- Limited exploration undertaken
OUTJO (ERL 135) (Polymetallics)
- Outjo is prospective for a high grade polymetallic ore body similar to the nearby Tsumeb Deposit (2Mt Pb, 1Mt Cu, 500,000 Zn, Ag and other metals)
- Outjo covers 6994km2 of highly prospective geology, however has not yet seen the application of modern exploration techniques
- Historical exploration has identified multiple areas of anomalous mineralisation
- The project is along strike of Tsumeb, and in a similar structural setting
- Other significant mineralisation in the area includes the 1.9m ounce deposit at Otjikoto
